(s) Sally M. Hoyt Consta6le of Reading SOBSEQOENT TOWN MEETING Reading Memorial High School Auditorium November 14, 1977 The meeting was called to order by the Moderator, Kenneth C. Latham, at 8:00 P.M. The invocation was given by the Rev. E. Lewis MacLean of the Church of the Nazarene, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. � The Warrant was partially read by the Town Clerk, when on motion of Richard J. Ogden it was voted to dispense with further reading of the Warrant, except the Constable's Return, which was then read by the Towrl Clerk. ARTICLE 1. The following report was read by Maureen T. 0'Brien, Chairman of the Planning Board: Progress Report The Planning Board feels that Town Meeting should be brought up to date o� the Planning activities of the town, since much has happened since last May.
