T_o see if the Town will vote to authorize the Planning Boxrd to employ le�al counsel in connectlon with the appeal tnlcen by the Planning Board to the Superior Court £or the Commonwealth o£ T�lassachusetts and relating to the decision o£ the Board of Appeals for the property owned by Hnrris Z3tzow and to see what sum the Town will raise and ap- propriate Srom the Tax Levy or appropriate from available funds for legal expenses in connection therewith, or what it will do in relation thereto.
