Topics of Discussion:
1. Requiring sufficient receptacles and advising customers on proper disposal of plastic
gloves at supermarkets etc.
Discussion: Grocery and pharmacy employees are hesitant to pick up gloves that have
been discarded on ground. Suggest proactively advising grocery stores and pharmacies
that they may want to consider adding garbage receptacles to the shopping cart return
areas and throughout the parking lot for customers to dispose of their gloves and other
personal protective equipment. The Health agent will go in person to advise grocery
stores and pharmacies of this recommendation.
2. Requiring safety plans at construction sites and related actions per supplemental
COVID-19 Guidelines (hftps://www.mass.goy/doc/covid-19-supplemental-quidelines-for-
constructio n-sites/download)
Discussion: Board suggests pulling list from Town permit database. Suggest sending
out guidance (haps://www.mass.qov/doc/covid-19-supplemental-quidelines-for-
construction-sites/download) and then verify in person that guidance is being followed.
Consider contacting the developer as well as the general contractor. Board will review
information from the Select Board first, and then discuss during Monday's meeting.
3. 3a. Contact tracing data report

cases & deaths, current cases, recovered cases& deaths. Vlasuk suggests reporting on
