Tattoo establishment o Mr. Santos - has presented a floor plan, notes on the floor plan in response to Markman's questions, and a Benchmark exposure control plan o Curren - Motion to accept floor plan, ECP and protocols pending inspection • Dunnell - second Curren - yes. • Roll call - Shonkoff - yes, Dunnell - yes, Discussion of School re-opening protocols o Doherty/Dowd - give overview of document. . This is a Draft.wear and tear),isDiscussion COVIf air filters (MERV 13 installed but may produce testing (schools decided against it because they are not a medical facility and other considerations), recommended quarantine for those experiencing symptoms. Board of Health may post information to testing sites. Dunnell - states that flag football has been categorized by the state as "high-risk" Nursing o School nurses will not be available for contact tracing after start of school o Delios reports that part-time position is with HR o Vlasuk reports that Maria cannot help with contact tracing in the future Page 1 1 11:OOam Command joins • Discussion of decreased gathering size and election safety; 74 staff required to be in field house; guideline of 100 people inside will not be able to be met under current plan • Discussion of reopening protocols that were ordered on July 20 per Board of Health; want to ensure that these will be communicated to Town departments. o LeLacheur states that Town hall is all set but he may want BOH input for bringing in the public o LeLacheur states that he can communicate protocol requirements at the partial Department Health meeting • Dockser - Select Board wants to be more engaged with Command meetings. Discussion ensued that led to Matt Kraunelis or Jayne Wellman will join meetings and provide bullet-point summaries • Discussion about BOH initiative to encourage mail-in voting. o Delios - reports that the Health Clinic Revolving Fund can cover this • Dunnell - discusses follow-up with the planning committee to make sure materials get approved in time for delivery • LeLacheur - warns not to deliver postcards too early • Discussion of press release - goal is to release by the end of the week to announce the"Safe Voting 2020" initiative. • Discussion of safety precautions for events o Poetry Slam event o US. Congressional campaign • Discussion of SNL football proposed activities run as an extra-curricular program through schools o LeLacheur will communicate with them and give update • Shonkoff - Motion to make senior van available for transportation with COVID-19 protections plans in place o Curren - seconds o Roll call - Shonkoff- yes, Dunnell - yes, Curren - yes. • Wood End field event discussed - should organized events be given fines if not adhering to COVID guidelines? • Shonkoff will communicate with Town Counsel re any special requirements surrounding potential fines implemented for COVID compliance • Mail-in voting initiative o Discussion of first class v bulk rate - will obtain more information o BOH will review draft postcard via email 12:30pm Curren - Motion to adjourn o Dunnell - second o Roll call - Shonkoff, yes - Dunnell, yes, - Curren, yes (3-0) Page 1 2
