Health agent updates
• Opened a few more food establishments: Biltmore and Main, SweetHcuse at Jordan's,Richa'idsod's;
Pdur Mans coffee, Bangkok Spice. A few hours reviewing protocols and regulations. Made a few
changes to add things like plans for going in and out, wearing masks.
Started conducting routine inspections and responding to complaints. A lot of well permits for chicken
coops are keeping us busy.
We used to provide a nurses update. Since Kristine has been so busy with MAVEN and contact
tracing, health agent started ordering all the supplies for flu clinics in the fall.
Health inspector is working with a business owner who is seeking to open a tattoo parlor. Health
inspector is creating an inspection form, the Board will review next meeting.
• The Board agreed to email establishments the new checklist and guidance for Phase 2 and for.Phase.

Reporting COVID'. reported numbers to incident command every Wednesday and reported addresses
daily to police and fire.
Chair update
Reached out to 4 people who interviewed for the BOH, and invited them to serve as informal advisors.
2 of those people agreed to be informal advisors. 1-Brian Healy, faculty member at Harvard.
biostatistician. 2-Teddy Asher, neuroscientist. Asked Brian to review a study related to election safety,
in order to make our elections as safe as possible. Asked Teddy to provide guidance re'. health literacy
for future communications.

Health Agent will reach out to Commonwealth Board of Cosmetology and Barbers to get a list of nail salons, etc
which are being allowed to open.
