(Mr. Sexton joined call at 10'.11 am.) Mr. Sexton asked Ms. Delios for information regarding whether the Board would need to receive bids to have a firm involved in our PR/PSA campaign. Ms. Dove will ask the Town Manager if this is reasonable or if it would make more sense to receive assistance from Jayne Wellman, who is already maintaining the social media and webpages. Ms. Vlasuk noted the President had extended the social distancing guidance to April 30t', 2020. Mr. Sexton slated he thought the Governor would likely do the same.The Board decided to wait again on the extension of the ban on personal care services to see if the Governor extends his order. Mr. Sexton mentioned he had seen data suggesting Massachusetts might hit its peak caseload in mid-April. • Discussion and sharing of covidl9.healthdata.org Ms. Dove noted the Swampscott Board of Health and Select Board issued a joint Stay-al-Home Order following the Governor's Stay-at-Home advisory. • Unclear if that would have any additional impact over the orders our Board has already made Discussion of enforcement • Ms. Dove will speak to Command about the possibility of issuing language to allow law enforcement officers to levy fines for non-family groups on public land • For food retail establishments, the inspector can enforce the Governor's Orders o Will wait on pushing enforcement mechanism until we get feedback from inspector on initial findings Page I r Ms. Vlasuk sought clarification regarding whether she should be ordering supplies, such as masks, gloves, and sanitizer. Ms. Delios stated all ordering would go through Facilities due to their greater purchasing power, but that the town could still seek reimbursement from the state for these items. Ms. Vlasuk will not be responsible for ordering any supplies. Ms. Dove asked fellow Board members to report on Wednesday if they have specific items they would like shared in the Select Board meeting update that evening. Board agreed to abide by DPH guidance and cease posting of case numbers in Reading. Ms. Vlasuk should continue reporting numbers to the Board. Ms. Dove will ask Command if they would like numbers as well. Mr. Sexton made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Ms. Shonkoff.
