Meeting of the Board of Public Works opened in Room 102,
j Parker Junior High School at 7:30 P. M.
Present were Chairman Dustin, Secretary Price, Board Mem—
bers Blood, Russell and Cowell , Superintendent Louanis and Jose
Canto of the Finance Committee.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as written.
The Board discussed plans for future meetings to discuss
and approve the Budget. The following dates were agreed upon:
Tuesday, March 7th at 7:30 P. M. and Saturday, March 11th at
9:00 A. M. at the Board's Meeting Room, #16, at the Town Hall .
The Board reviewed the bids for Rubbish Collection and
Disposal and information for solid waste disposal and tabled
action until the next meeting.
The Board signed the Pay Roll for the period ending February
24th and the Bill Roll dated March 3d, 1978.
Meeting adjourned at 7:55 P. M.
