Replace stone wall, which had been removed, at boundary of land at Roma Lane Extension and the so-called School Site . This wwlL is delineated on Zoning Map No . 32 of the Reading Planning Board . It was the consensus of the Committee to write a letter , after receiving the comments of the Town Engineer , to the agent of the developer and owner , with copies to the TownManager and the home owner of Lot b, Roma Lane , with the request that the conditions be corrected not later I J than November 1, 1995 . Consideration should be taken that the folks are living in the new home at Lot 5 even though NO Occupancy Permit has been issued. The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 P.M. September 25, 1995 7 :55 P.M. a formal posted meeting was held at the home of Chairman George d. Perry , 230 Franklin Street , Reading . The following members were present : George B. Perry, Chairman Irving E. Dickey Jr. , Vice Chairman Benjamin E.Nichols, Secretary The following visitor was present : Michael J. Brenton , 37 Roma Lane , Reading. The minutes of the meeting of June 4, 1995 were read and approved . The regulation requiring the members of a committee to decide..if they wish to decline the nomination for the Chairmanship of a Town Committee was discussed. Irving E. Dickey ,Jr . and Benjamin E. Nichols both stated they did not wish to be nominated to the position of Chairman of the Town Forest Committee . It was moved and voted that the same officers be elected for the ensuing year. These officers will be : George B. Parry, Chairman Irving &. Dlokey ,Jr. , Vice Chairman Benjamin E. Nichols, Secretary A discussion of the problems regarding the development on Roma Lane abutting the Town Forest as. reported in our meeting of,4nme 4, 1995 was continued . It was voted to send a letter to the Community Planning and Development Commission with our concerns with the suggestion that they could be resolved by either the developer, or by the Town of Reading after Town Lleetig, votes to take the bond.This letter would be signed b;/ our officers. 105 (Sep,. 25, 1995 Continued) Irving Dickey reported that he , Benjamin Nichols and Kenneth Latham,Jr. , a member ofthe Reading Rotary Club, will tour the Town Forest and lay out short and long cross country ski trails . The members of the Rotary Club will install suitable directional signs, and clear the trails where necessary, under the supervision of Irving Dickey. ' The meeting was adjourned at 8 :40 P.M. April 8 , 1997 A formal posted meeting was hold at the home of the Secretary at 25 Avon Street , Reading, Mass . Members present: George B. Perry , Chairman Irving E. Dickey , Jr . , Vice Chairman Benjamin E. Biohols , Secretary The minutes of the meetings of September 26 , 1995 and of March 18, 1996 were read and approved . It was voted to confirm the telephone Vote of members in favor of accepting the gift of land off Ivan Village Way to dd hada asento the letter to rthe Towneviously Manager on Januaryee 2s members 1997 ' which stated : "As memhers we agree it would be advisable for the Town o Town Forests significant location, and approximate totheadd area of this offer is delineated in "BED" on the attached map of "READING TOWN FOREST AND WELLFIELDS." Various reports are coming in that the deer herds are expending in the Town Forest . The meeting was adjourned t 8:00 P.M.
