PRESENT WERE CHAIRMAN HODGKINS, SECRETARY FLORENCE, BOARD MEMBER WHITE AND ACTING SUPERINTENDENT E. R. LoUANIs. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING READ AND APPROVED. READ LETTER FROM C. P. XLIMAS, COMBUSTION ENGINEER- ING, INC. REGARDING THEIR COMPACT INCINERATOR. IT WAS AC- CEPTED AS A POINT OF INFORMATION. THE BOARD ADJOURNED TEMPORARILY AT 7:35 P.M. TO MEET AS THE BOARD OF SURVEY. THE BOARD RECONVENED AT 7:45 P.M. Na. FLORENCE MOVED THAT No ACTION BE TAKEN ON ITEM N0. 7 - LETTER FROM R. C. EVANS, CHAIRMAN, RECREATION COMMITTEE, AND ITEM N0. 8 - PROPOSED 1989 BUDGET; IT WAS SECONDED AND VOTED. THE DATA WILL BE DELIVERED TO MESSRS. COCHRANE AND WATT AND WILL BE ON THE AGENDA OF NOVEMBER 18. THE BOARD SIGNED THE BILLROLL DATED NOVEMBER 8 AND COMMITMENT SHEETS - HOUSE CONNECTIONS - VARIOUS LOCA- TIONS.
