The meeting was called to order by Chairman Killam at 9.15 P.M.
Mr. Edgar Frost was elected Secretary of the Committee.
Samuel H. Davis was unanimously elected Town Counsel,
Mr. Frank Tanner spoke of !Hiss Annie Quillen, a teacher at the
Highland School who received injuries on steps of the Highland School.
She is not covered by Workmen' s Compensation and offers to settle for
: 125.00. It was moved by Her. Henry Johnson and seconded by Mr. Lindsay
that the Committee approve a claim of $125.00.
The suit of Charles F. Nickerson pending for a long time, has been
disposed of by the Town Counsel.
Adjourned 9.28 P.M.
Members present: Chin. ICillam, Frost, Johnson, Parkdr, Halligan, Tanner,
Lindsay.
