Mr. Albert I?. Leman
Chairman of Law Committee
Municipal Building
Reading, Massachusetts
Dear Ifir. Leman:-
The case of Mable Corindia against the Town is on
the short list for trial in the T'iddlesex Superior Court. This
case will be reached for trial in the very near future. Under
date of June 14, 1935, I reported this case to the Law Committee
for its consideration.
I shall be glad if you will as Boon as possible call
the Committee together for further consideration of the matter,
and for the purpose of determining whether or not the case should
be tried or negotiations for settlement carried on with the
attorney for claimant.
Yours very truly,
S'iD:Ci Town Counsel
