A meeting of the law committee was called at 9: 15 P. :,1.
- with all members present as follows; Rillam, Putnam, Coolid ,e,
Johnson, Frost, and FIal'. ,c n. F1' res:ent c-. pec_ i v,ivar of
notice of meeting.
Harold W. Putnam was nominated and unanimously elected
to be secretary.
. Samuel H. Davis was nominated for Twwn Counsel and was
unanimously elected.
Verbal re_•,ort on the case oiSophie Chalfin who has
brought suit for W`5000 for water damage, was heard , with a
written report to came later.
It was moved that the Torn Counsel be instructed to pro-
- teed for acourt trial of the case unless it develops that some-
thing of importance in the case ap.,ears.
A motion was made and seconded to ad'ourn at 9.40 P. Z.
until Thursday, April 19•
