P.M. in Room 16, Municipal Building.

Member Kenney, Assistant Superintendent Watson and E. R. Louanis,
Town Engineer.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.

for One New Bombardier SW48 Tractor (with no turn-in) at a gross
figure of $4,895. 10. The turn-in figure for the John Deere
Tractor was $100.00 which was felt to be very low.
Mr. Watt moved that the order be held until the Board
' had obtained the approval of the Finance Committee to retain the
tractor for the present; Mr. Kenney seconded and it was voted.
Read note from the Assistant Superintendent in regard
to test well readings at 100 Acres and Revay. No material
change has been noted in the ground water level.
Mr. Watt moved, Mr. Kenney seconded and it was voted
that the restrictions not be released.
Public hearing was held at 7:45 P. M. regarding the
proposed location of five (5) jointly-owned New England Tele-

hundred six (106) feet southerly
of Timberneck Drive, place five
' (5) poles southerly.
Also, easterly side, remove five
(5) poles and westerly side, re-
move three (3) poles.
Five persons attended the Hearing. Mr. and Mrs. Mortelli, '
198 Haverhill Street, and Mr. John Tolland, 4 Timberneck Drive,
objected and stated that fully grown trees would be sacrificed
whereas on the Easterly side there are just saplings. The in-
stallation of underground conduit was discussed. It was stated
that any necessary tree work would be done under the super-
vision of Maurice Donegan, Tree Warden.
Mr. Watt requested that a visit be made to the loca-
tion on Saturday, October 23, and it was agreed. Mr. Donegan
will be contacted. The petition was taken under advisement.

Capital Budget Program for the years 1966-75. The data was ac-
cepted as a point of information and will be discussed at the ,
meeting of October 25.

installations. The Board will visit the Garage and Dump during
