P.M. in Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Cochrane, Secretary Watt,
Board Members Hodgkins and Kenney and Superintendent Welch.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
The Board discussed the taking of an easement through
private property Main Street to Cross Street for drainage and

two abuttors - New England Forestry Service, Inc . and Mrs.

secured within the next two or three weeks, it will not be
possible to extend the sewer in Main Street from near Minot
Street to near Summer Avenue in 1967. It was agreed that let-
ters will be sent to the Planning Board and Industrial Com-
mittee advising them of the situation.

pleted. The Board also discussed the taking of the Berg and
Miller lands.
Read letters from John C. and Anne T. Daly, 34 Henzie
Street in regard to a puddle of water in front of their home
' which becomes apparent after every rainstorm and spring thaw,
and betterment assessment on his property; also the Superin-
tendent's
uperin-
tendents comments in relation thereto.
