Regular meeting of the Board opened at 7:30 P. M.
Present were Chairman Donahue, Messrs, Zanni, Kilgore and 3uperin-
tendent Putnam.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approve.
Signed Vouchers and Payroll for payment.
Opened sealed bids at 8:00 P. M. in Room 14 regarding Chapter 718
Reconstruction of Summer Avenue, from near Main Street to Woburn Street.

Selectmen Drew and Calvin visited Board to discuss water main instal-
lation to the Industrial Area situated between the Heading-Stoneham Town Line,
Route 28 and Route 128, through Robin Crest (Private) Road. After reviewing
the facts of the matter, it was determined to obtain more information before
reaching a decision.
Considered revised Salary Schedule for Foreman and Junior Clerks. Moved,
seconded and voted to request Personnel Board to reconsider decision on the
matter of overtime for Foreman, and to recommend the following salary increa-
ses for Junior Clerks:
Mary
Present Salary 043.50, increase to $46.00, Merit Increase in
May, 1958 to e48
Jacqueline Selfridge-Present Salary 040.00, increase to 042.5U, Merit Increase
in May, 1958 to $45.00
Approved Registry of Deeds Plan for signature of Superintendent.
Land of L. B. Lewis Est., West St., - D. F. Perkins, Surveyor.
