Zanni, Johnson, Hopkins and Superintendent Putnam. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Signed Agreement between Francis M. Kiley and the Town of Reading (Board d of Survey) for the complete construction to Board of Public Works specifications of Pine Ridge (Private) Circle, under the Subdivision Con- trol Law, Chapter 674 of the Acts of 1953, as amended, the Town agreeing to act as Stakeholder of cashierst checks totaling NINE THOUSAND ($9,000. UO) DOLLARS guaranteeing said construction. Also signed Registry of Deeds subdivision plan of said Pine Ridge (Private) Circle. Examined, Approved and certified the following Betterment Assessment Bills to the Assessors of the Town of Reading for committment to the Tax Collector for Street, Sidewalk, Sewer Frontage and Sewer House Connection Construction Accomplished in 1957: Board adjourned at 1U:00 P.
