' Regular Meeting of the Board opened at 7:30 P. M.
Present were Chairman Johnson, Messrs. Hopkinx, Donahue, Kilgore,
Zanni and Superintendent Putnam.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Signed Vouchers and Payroll for payment.
Board then proceded to re-organize for 1957-1958 term.
James T. Putnam acted as temporary chairman during reorganization
procedings.
Mr. Kilgore nominated Mr. Johnson for Chairman, seconded by Mr,
Hopkins. Mr. Zanni moved nominations be closed. Unanimous vote.
Kenneth R. Johnson unanimously re-elected Chairman.
Mr. Kilgore nominated Mr. Donahue for Secretary, Seconded by Mr.
Hopkins. Mr. Zanni moved nominations be closed. Unanimous vote . Coleman
1 J. Donahue unanimously re-elected Secretary.
Moved, seconded and voted to appoint James T. Putnam as Superin-
tendent of Public Works for a period of six months beginning March 11, 1957,
Board member Coleman J. Donahue dibsenting.

Moved, seconded and voted to request an appropriation of $150,000.00
for Sewer Construction under Article 4.
Moved, seconded and voted to approve all other budget requests and
amounts as previously voted.
