Treasurer's report: Nothing has changed.
There was a brief discussion about the MCC and RCC guidelines and that some applications may not
meet those guidelines. It was decided to continue that discussion in December.
The council met with the following groups to discuss their grant applications:
Sarah Leveque, Killam Elementary School 501" celebration
Kim Adamo, Killam school's author visit from Susan Hood
Jane Burns, Martha Washington play at the Pleasant Street Center
Jane Burns, Art Walk
Frank Keane, Reading Irish Set Dancing classes
Carolyn Eliet, Reading Community Singers Holiday Concert
Allison Sillers and Amy Hussey, Killam field trip to the DeCordova Sculpture Park
Melissa Henri, Poet-in-residence Reggie Gibson at Birch Meadow School
Ace and Alan Foulds, Reading Porch Fest

We then discussed Reading Art Association's application because the date of their Spring exhibit did
not fall within the allowable time period. Brian volunteered to contact them and suggest that they
change their application to apply for funding for their fall event, which does fall within the allowable
time period. The change to their application would need to be made by Timothea Phan at the the MCC
and Brian would advise the Art Association.
Meeting adjourned at 8:48 pm
