Hopkins, Lanni, Donahue, Kilgore and Superintendent Putnam. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. - Signed vouchers and payroll for payment. Report received from Superintendent of overdraft in Snow and Ice ' Salary Account, and impending deficat in Snow and Ice Expense Account, 7 - V engendered by Snow storms of Dec. ,-1#=V&- and Dec. 14-15, 1956. Moved, seconded and voted to work Departmental personnel on Saturday December 22, 1956 at straight tine, and to close the Departments ' on Monday December 24, 1956 for a Christmas holiday, weather conditions permitting. Discussed revised layout of Sturges Trust development at some length. Moved, seconded and voted to approve Revision No. 1 as re- cently submitted by the developer, and to advertize for formal Board of Survey hearXng on Monday January 21, 1957. Discussed proposed 1957 salary schedule at some length. Moved, seconded and voted that the Personnel Board be requested to inaugurate an hourly wage rate for Junior and SenXor Clerks, so that they may be properly remunerated for work required of them during emergency periods.
