CALL TO ORDER
Chair Twomey called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. at the Parker Middle School.
Present were School Committee Members Cavicchi, Dahl. Griset, Keigley Russo and
Twomey. Also present were Superintendent Harutunian and Associate Superintendent
Richards,
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Ms. Cavicchi moved to enter into executive session for purpose of conducting
strategy sessions with the Teachers' Association, Secretaries & Clerks Nurses
Custodial Maintenance Workers, Cafeteria Employees educational Assistants and
Administrators and to discuss the possible sale or lease of real estate and to discuss
the deployment of security personnel or devices. To return to regular session at
approximately 7:20 p.m. Mr. Griset seconded the motion. The vote was 6-0 Ms
Cavicchi, Mr. Dahl, Mr. Griset, Mr. Keiglev, Mr. Russo and Mr. Twomey

����"''"'' Chair Twomey called the meeting back to order at 7:25 p.m.
Dr. Hanuunian informed the Committee of a donation of$1,500 by an anonymous
individual. He stated that the purpose of the donation is to fund a newsletter prepared by
the school principals to be sent to the residents of Reading.
Mr. Griset moved to accept the anonymous donation of$1,500 for the purpose of
mailing the principals' newsletter. Ms. Cavicchi seconded the motion. The voted
was 5-I Ms. Cavicchi, Mr. Dahl, Mr. Griset, Mr. Keiglev and Mr. Twomev voted
ves. Mr. Russo voted no.
ADJOURN
At 7:35 p.m. Ms. Cavicchi moved to adjourn. Mr. Keialev seconded the motion.
The vote was 6-0 Ms. Cavicchi, Mr. Dahl, Mr. Griset, Mr. Keiglev, Mr. Russo and
Mr. Twomey.
