RK Reading, Massachusetts 1001 JUL -2 P B 33 REGULAR SESSION March 21 2002 CALL TO ORDER Vice Chair Griset called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the principal's conference room at the Parker Middle School. Present were School Committee Members Cavicchi, Dahl, Griset, Keigley and Russo. Dr. Harmunian was also in attendance. EXECUTIVE SESSION Ms. Cavicchi moved to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the possible sale or lease of real estate and to discuss the deployment of security personnel or devices to return to regular session at approximately 7.30 p.m. in the multipurpose room of the Parker Middle School Mr. Griset seconded the motion The vote was 5.0 Ms. Cavicchi,Mr. Dahl,Mr. Griset Mr. Keigley and Mr. Russo CALL BACK TO ORDER Vice Chair Griset called the meeting back to order at 7:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room 4 of the Parker Middle School. BARROWS PROJECT Dr. Hamtunian presented bids for electrical work to be done at the Barrows School. Ms. Cavicchi recused herself and did not participate in the discussion or vote. The work to be done includes a new fire alarm and security system and exterior lighting. Mr. Russo moved to accept the bid of$122,000 from G.V.W. for the electrical work at the Barrows School. Mr. Keieley seconded the motion The vote was 4-0 Mr. Dahl Mr. Griset,Mr. Keiglev and Mr. Russo voted yes FINANCIAL FORUM MEETING Chair McDonald of the Finance Committee called the Financial Forum to order. Discussions on revenue projections for FY03, Longwood Poultry Farm, Spence Farm and the Road Improvement project were presented.
