The meeting was called to order at 8.15 o'clock by the Chairman,
The records of the meetings of August 25th and September 13th were
read and approved.
This meeting was called for the purpose of considering transfers
from the Reserve Fund.
The Planning Board, Chairman Robinson and Haines, presented the need
of additional funds stating that map work and other expenses had exhausted
their appropriation and they estimated it would require $$75.00 for the
balance of the year. 0n motion of Mr. Devaney and seconded by Mr. Briggs
it was voted to transfer 150.00 from the Reserve Fund.
46 The Board of Assessors was represented by Chairman Cook. He stated
that additional expenditures made it necessary to ask for A200 to complete
the years work. Mr. Briggs moved that $$200 by transferred, seconded by
Mr, Scott. By unanimous consent this motion was withdrawn, The motion
was made by Par. Briggs and seconded by Mr. Crooker that �k150.00 be motion

Of Mr. Currell, seconded by Mr. Scott it was voted th transfer X50.00 to
Treasurers Expenses.
The Board of Selectmen, Chairman Leman, Mr. Morrison and Mr. Killam
Presented the need of additional funds in the following accounts ;
Selectmen's Exp. $$100.00
Election & Registration F.xp. 200.00
Miscellaneous Exp. 200.00
Mun. Bldg. Exp. 300.00
Police Sta. Maint. 250.00
Police Dept, Maint, 300.00
Fire Alarm Maint. 200.00
It was voted on motion of Mr. Briggs, seconded by Miss Canty, that
$100 be transferred to Selectmen's Expenses.
It was voted on motion of of Mr. Devaney seconded by Mr. Scott that
A200 be transferred to Election & Registration Expenses.
It was voted on motion of Par. Devaney, seconded by Mr. Scott, that
A200 be transferred to Miscellaneous Expenses.
It was voted on motion of Mr. Devaney, seconded by Mr. Currell that
$$300 be transferred to Municipal Building Maintenance.
• It was voted on motion of Mr. Devaney, seconded by Mr. Briggs that
$$250 be transferred to Police Station Maintenance.
It was voted on motion of Mr. Briggs and seconded by Mr. Currell
that $300 be transferred to Police Department Maintenance.
It was voted on motion of Mr. Briggs, seconded by Mr. Scott that
$$200 be transferred to Fire Alarm Maintenance.
