Donahue, Harrison, Walker and Super- intendent Welch were present. Considered proposed 1952 Budget item by item and in detail. Adjourned 5:3P. M. Donahue, Harrison, and Superinten- dent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Considered request of Rev. William Reilly that parking area in rear of St. Agnes Church be plowed after snowstorms. Voted to grant request. Considered proposed 1952 Budget. Temporarily adjourned 7:30 P.M. to meet as Board of Survey. Reconvened at 8:00 P.M. ' Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on proposed N. E. T. & T. Co. underground conduit in Salem Street from Lowell Street to Main Street: Following persons present. Mr. Wm. Whalen - Representing N.E.T.& T. Co. - 1n favor No one appeared in opposition Voted to approve proposed underground conduit location. Mr. Dominic Zanni conferred with Board relative to the De- partment hiring his equipment. Continued consideration of proposed 1952 Budget. Voted to submit proposed. Budget as amended to Finance Com- mittee. Voted to hold next. meeting of Board on Monday, January 7, 1952. Board adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
