Donahue, Walker, and Superintendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Voted not to grant any abatement on the October, 1951, water bill of Ernest Bolton, 124 John Street. Voted not to grant any abatement on the October, 1951, water bill of Minot Daniels, 18 Winter Street. Voted to abate the sum of $19.20 on the October, 1951, water , bill of L. J. MacDonald, 10 Franklin Street. Following Granolithic Sidewalk applications received, approved and placed on file: Marie V. Smith 86 Libby Avenue Temporarily adjourned at 8:00 P.M. to meet as Board of Survey Reconvened at 8:15 P.M. Received letter from H. C. Luscombe, 63 Belmont Street, relative to so-called Timberneck Ditch. Read letter of Superintendent in answer to Luscombe letter. Voted to request approval of Personnel Board for an increase in salary for John Fleming. Discussed general storm drain problems at length.
