The meeting was called to order at 6.10 P.M.
Robert B. Mount was elected Chairman for the ensuing year.
Mr. Mount accepted the election and urged the members to give their
best effort for the year 1932-1933.
He announced that he would make appointments for the sub-
committees.
4V Messrs. Haley, Dickie and Scott, the new members, were sworn in.
Adjourned 8.17 P.M.
Members present: Chm. Mount, Burgess, Ellison, Haley, Killam, Scott,
Briggs, Higgins.

A meeting of the Finance Committee was called to order at 8.15
o'clock. The Chairman announced that the meeting had been held by the
Selectmen to consider the matter of salary reductions. The meeting was
called for October 31, to which representatives of every department were
invited to attend.
It was voted that Chairman Mount be delegated to attend this meeting.
The Chairman suggested that sub-committees start meeting with various
Boards relatibe to budgets for 1933.
The Board of Selectmen appeared asking for transfers from the Reserve
Fund to various accounts. The following transfers were voted:
Collectors Expense $100.00 Fire Dept. Maint. $500.00
4 Town Counsel' s Exp. 50.00 Forest Warden Maint 100.00
Election & Reg. Exp. 500.00 State Aid 200.00
Miscellaneous Exp. 500.00 Police Dept. for
purchase of auto 600.00
Total $2550.00
A general discussion relative to Town matters followed.
Adjourned 10 P.M.
