Donahue, Hopkins and' Superintendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Hearing at 8:00 P .M. on proposed sewer extension in West St. from Woburn St. northerly to #237 West St. Following persons present: Mr. Alfred Knight In favor Mrs. Alfred Knight In favor Mr. Harrison Dodge In favor Mrs . Harrison Dodge In favor Mr. Wilmot Jones In favor Mrs. Wilmot Jones In favor Mr. George Teakles In favor Mr. Winslow Blake In favor Mr. Lawrence Winchester Not registered Mr. Brendan Hoyt Not registered Voted not to place any sewer frontage assessment against the property of Lawrence Winchester because the sewer as proposed is not available to the property. Hearing at 8:30 P .M. on proposed sewer extension in Vista Ave. from Sunnyside Ave. to Pratt Street. Following persons present: Miss Pearl Campbell In favor Mr. Edward Brophy In favor Mrs . Edward Brophy In favor Mr. William McNair In favor Mr. Neil Robinson In favor Mr. Willis Currier sent a letter stating he did not need the sewer for his property. Discussed general drainage conditions throughout Town at 3 length. Discussed general planning of Department projects at length. 31 Both discussions included debate on planning for annual 1 projects and future projects and the possibility of reorganizing the Department so that it would be sufficiently manned to ensure proper and economical interweaving of day-to-day work with future proposed work. Voted to extend sewer in West St. from Woburn St. to No. 237 West St. Voted to extend sewer in Vista Ave. from Sunnyside Ave. to #15 Vista Avenue. Board adjourned 11:00 P.M.
