Leeting called to consider variootmatters incident to the
closing of the financial year.Supt.Eames of the Fire Alarm Departmei
presented the need of a neer battery for the alarm and it was voted
that he be authorized to order the sAme.

Jan 2: rd.Riehard F.Loring was chosen Chairman,pro-tem.

Albert R.Shepardson was chosen Chairman. Chairman Ruggles of
the Selectmen presented arguments in favor of unpaid Board of
Selectmen and Overseers of the Poor.It was voted,five in the affix:
