After hearing them it was voted to recommend bond issu of ,; 7000.00. Report of the committee on the warrant was presented an adopted. Members present, Chairman,Yinight,Booth, Currell,Haley,Parker, Sperry, Stewart, Stinchfield,Loring. L.G.Bent, Secy. . Meeting Oct.10, 1921. f `'leeting was called to consider transfers from the Reserve Fund and it was voted to authorize the Town Accourtgnt to make the follow ing transfers to the respective accounts;Election expense.$50.00, L'licellaneous Expense,;$200.00, Insurance Account1.{>300.00.Police Vent. Expenses, �100.00.Poor Dept.'' 500.00,"others Aid"�p500.00.Soldiers � Relief,300.00. Total .$1950.00. Meeting adjourned at 9.20, o 'clock. Members present, Chairman Knight,Farnum, Shepardson,Lennison, Sperr, Connolly,Parl,,er, Stewart, Currell,Hartshorn,Loring,Haley. L.G.Bent, Secy. Meeting Oct.24, 1921. Meeting was called to consider articles in warrant for special town meeting to be held Oct.31st.Board of Public Vorks,Chairmar . Geo.H.Clough, appeared regarding Art.2,relating to Sewer construction on rerkins and Copeland Avenues. Chairman Walter S.Parker spoke for the School Committee on Art.4. The IYiunicipal Light Commissioners, Chairman Wm.G.Long,preserated arguments in favor of Art.3. It was voted to recommend ,action called for in Art.2 but in view of opinion of Town Counsel regarding unexpended balances it was voted Chet no action be taken on Articles Sand 4. It was voted that the Chairman appoint sub-committees as follows; to investigate School Departrnent; to investigate Light Dept. and to consider, purchase of coal for all departr: ents. Note. The Chairman appointed the following; School Dept. Albert R.Shepardson,lVm.K.Haley,John L.Devaney; Light Dept. Richard F.Loring,Iulartin B.lIartshorn,E.B.Currell; Purchase of Coal, Vm.S.Dennison,Fred.D.Sperry,James P.Carleton.
