Meeting was called to order at 8.15 o' clock. P'r. Galen A. Parker,
Chairman of Park Commissioners presented the budget of that department
and Alrs .Awry E. Daniel spoke for the item included for play supervisor
whit has been taken care of b;- the Joman' s Club but which they think
should now be paid for by the tonin.
The School Department was reDresented by the Chairman of the Com-
mittee,Itr. W. S. Parker and the Supt . of Schools ,Yr.Saff ord. The)Fprese
the school budget which called for a large increase over 1920 the large
part of which was for salary increases.
The Funicipal Light Dept. was also heard the entire fro-rd being
present and the Yanager Mr.Sias. The meeting adjourned at 10.15.

Meeting opened at 8.10 o'clock. The Cemetery Board was present and
thier budget befor- the �mmittee through the Chairman,Yr. G. A Parker.
The highway question was next taken up and Artr.Sabin of the High-
way division,State Board of Public 14orks was heard at some length.
He brought to the Committee much valuable information regarding
permanent construction and stated that Reading Square could be properly
surfaced at an estimated expense of : 70.000. Fe showed plans for wideni
and improvement of the Square and its soproaches. Considerable diseussi
followed although the Committee seemed to be of one opinion as to the
necessity of something; being; done at once.
The Sewer Commissioners were also heard through Air. Dahill who
outlined the plans of that department for the coming year.
Meeting adjourned at 10.30 o'clock. Members present ;Spencer,Booth
Carleton,Hartshorn,Parker,Sperry,Strout ,Stinchfield,Bent .

Meeting opened a 8 o'clock and was oped to the public . The speci
articles calling for appropriations were first considered.
Mr.C . H. Heselton appeared for Art .27,asking for a tapper at Hos
2 House, Mr. C. Iii. Ambrose spoke for Art.28, for a sidewalk on the
easterly side of Lowell St . beyond Grove ST. Mr.J. A. Bell presented
the petioners reasons for asking for a sidewalk on Hanscom Ave. called
for in Art .29. Mr. J. A. Sawyer and others pleaded for a sidewalk on
tinter St . as asked for in Art.30.
Mr.M. F. Charles called attention to the lack of detailed
figures in the town report and vigorously protested against the ommissi
and stated that he thought the figures should be prepared and published
Mr. Ruggles was heard on this and other matters and the meets
adjourned at '10.30. Members present ;Spencer,Booth,Carleton,Connolly,
Currell,Haley,Hartshorn,hnight,Parker,Sperry,Stewart ,Stinchfield,Bent ,
and Loring.
