It was voted that all recommendations of the Committee on the 1936
budget be made unanimous and that the names of all the committee be affixed
to the report.
Adjourned 12 Midnight.
Members present: Chm. Mount, Currell, Haley, Roberts, Canty, Davis, Knox,
Merrill, Connelly, Sturgis, Neilson, Noyes, Trevor.

Meeting of the Finance Committee April 210 1936.
The meeting was called by the Town Accountant as provided in Article 6
of the By-laws for the purpose of electing a Chairman for the Finance Commit
for the ensuing year. The meeting was called to order at '8.15 o'clock. _
Nominations for the Chairman were called for and the names of G. Lawrence
Roberts and Frank M. Merrill were proposed. No other nominations being
made a ballot was taken, a total of eight votes being cast. Mr. Merrill
received one and Mr. Roberts received seven;�wa red eluted.

y., A letter was received 'From the Planning Board relative to zoning and
there was some discussion of� the matter but no votes were taken.

Meeting of the Finance Committee June 30, 1936.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Roberts at 8 o'clock.
The records of the meeting of April 21st were read and approved. A
`' letter from Chairman Arthur W. Coolidge of the School Committee was read re-
ting to the appropriation for the High School repairs, Mr. Coolidge
Supt. Pierce appeared in behalf of the School Committee and it was ex-
ained that the appropriation of 85, 300 would not be sufficient to carry
t the vote of the town and that the sum of ;:'608,35 additional would be
'needed.
It was req,.i.ested that the Committee Vote a transfer of this amount from
the Reserve Fund. On motion of Mri Devaney it was voted that the mown

Aoeountant be authorized to transfer `1608.35 from the Reserve Fund for
h School alterations.
