The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works opened
at 7:30 P.M.
Chairman Hopkins, Messrs. Donahue, Johnson,Kilgore, Walker,
and Superintendent Welch were present.
Voted to proceed to organize Board for the coming year.
Mr. Kilgore nominated Mr. Hopkins, for Chairman.
Mr. Walker seconded the nomination.
Mr. Hopkins was elected Chairman unanimously.
Mr. Hopkins declined to serve as Chairman:
Mr. Donahue then nominated Mr. Walker for Chairman.
Mr. Kilgore seconded the nomination.
It was moved, seconded and voted to close the nominations.
Mr. Walker was unanimously elected Chairman. '
' Mr. Kilgore nominated Mr. Donahue for Secretary.
Mr. Hopkins seconded the nomination.
It was moved, seconded and voted to close the nominations.
Mr. Donahue was unanimously elected Secretary.
It was moved, seconded and voted to reappoint Mr. Welch as
Superintendent. This appointment was unanimous.
Voted to purchase a brief case for the Chairman.
Voted to hold the next meeting of the Board on the first
Monday succeeding the adjourment of the Town Meeting.
Voted Gas Main Location on Timberneck Drive from Haverhill
Street to Tamarack Road.
Signed plan for above described gas
