The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works opened at
7;00 P.M.
Chairman Hopkins, Messrs. Kilgore, Walker and Superintendent
Welch were present.
Records of previous meeting read and approved.
Reconsidered vote of November 3, 1952 on main pipe extension
for John Cronin on Pearl Street.
Voted to extend 125 feet of pipe at a cost per foot of ?3.25
A total of ,4o6.25.
Voted to abate the sum of $5.00 on the October 1952 water
bill of Marg Riccardelli of 211 Van Norden Road.
Hearing at 7;30 P.M. for following pole location; '
Pinevale Avenue - New Location - Pole 1169 - West side-
75 feet from Dead End - J.O.
No one present.
Location granted.
Following pole location petition considered;
Pinevale Avenue - Pole 1168 - West side - 111.6 feet from
Dead End.
Location granted.
Considered list of streets which could be widened either in
whole or in part.
Placed on file.
Four abutters on Pine Rid_7e Road - Messrs Hinnendael,
Chamberlain, Parker and Taylor conferred with Board relative to '
possibilities for the extension of sewers in Pine Ridge Road. They
presented a rather detailed statement of many facts relative to present
sanitary conditions. The Board explainedthe problem to them in detail

and promised to inform them whenever further specific information
' becomes available.
Considered several personnel problems in detail.
Voted to request a meeting with the Personnel Board. '
Voted to hold next meeting off' Board on Monday, November
24, 1952.
Board adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
