Davis, Brophy, Lindsay, Lothrop, Teer and Superin- tendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Signed final statement of expenditures for 1941 Chapter 90 Maintenance for submission to State Department of Public Works. Signed commitment sheet for Sewer Assessments on Gilmore Avenue. Received letter from Arthur Salmon, 78 Charles Street 1n regard to wall and trees in front of his property. ' Superintendent to investigate and report. Signed petition of New England Tel. & Tel. Co. and Municipal Light for J. 0, pole locations on Middlesex Avenue as follows: Pole 59/18 moved 14' westerly Pole 59/19 moved 24' westerly Received request from Board of Selectmen asking the Board to consider widening the easterly corner of Haven Street & Sanborn St. Survey will be made and matter considered at that time. Received request and plan from J. J. Fitzgerald Construction Company for approval of proposed driveway entrances for proposed park- ing area at corner of High and Chute Streets. Layout approved providing entrances on Chute Street are laid in Granolithic and equipped with 2' Granite returns. Received request from Herman Feer asking for approval of a proposed relocation of driveway entrance to parking area at First National Stores on Haven Street. 16'7 Relocation refused.
