Davis, Putnam, Brophy, Lindsay, Williamson and Super- intendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Hearing at 7:45 P.M. under Board of Public Works on the accept- ance as a public way of Bond (Private) Street from Lo Hell Street to the end of the present public way. Following persons presents Mr. Martin Hartshorn - In favor Mr. Royal Jaques - it " Voted to recommend acceptance of this section of Bond (Private) Street to the Town as a public way. Hearing at 8:00 P.M. under Board of Survey on the approval of proposed lines and grades on Coolidge Road from Wescroft Road to Randall Road. Following persons present: Mr. George McSheehy In favor Mr. George Page Voted to approve the proposed lines and grades as established on plan used at hearing. Hearing at 8:15 P.M. under Board of Survey on the approval of proposed lines and grades on Springvale Road from Coolidge Road to Overlook Road. Following persons present: _ Mr. George McSheehy - In favor Mr. George Page - " " 101 Voted to approve the proposed lines and grades as es- tablished on plan used at hearing, 1 Hearing at 8:30 P. M. under Board of Survey on the approveal of proposed lines and grades on West Hill Circle from West St, to West St, in a semi-circular direction. Following persons present: 'Mr. Harvey Kelch - In favor Voted to approve the proposed lines and grades as extab- lished on plan used at hearing, Following Granite Curbing application received, approved and placed on file. Mabel Wheeler - 22 Temple Street, Voted to extend the sewer on Brook btreet from the M,D.C. manhole in Brook St, to the venter line of Summer Avenue as per the plan used at the hearing held February 3, 1941. Voted to ploy driveway of the clubhouse of the Northern Residents Association after each snow storm. Board recessed at 9:00 P. N. to attend a meeting of the Special Draingge Committee. Board reconvened at 10:30 P.M. Received petition for the installation of additional flood lights on the Soft Ball Field at Birch Meadow Playground. Petition contains 52 names. Board recorded as in favor of additional lights as petitioned. Voted not to dump filling frau excavation on Bond °treet on hbutting private properties. - 102 Signed report of the Board of Public Works on the laying out of Bond Street, a copy of v&ich is attached hereto and herewith becomes a part of these records, Signed Board of Survey Plans establishing approved lines and grades for Coolidge Road from Wescroft Road to Randall Road, Signed Board of Survey Plans establishing approved lines and grades for Springvale Road from Coolidge Road to Overlook Road, Signed Board of Survey Plans establishing approved fines and grades for West Hill Circle from West St, to West St, in a semi-circular direction.
