Davis, Lindsay, Williamson and Superintendent Welch present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Mr, and Mrs. Levasseur to see Board in regard to ease- ments for slopes at their property on Eaton St. Hearing at 7:45 P. PI, on the relocation of the south easterly corner of Green and High Streets. Voted to recommend relocation to Town. Hearing at 8:00 P. M. under Board of Survey on the approval of lines and grades for Puritan (Private) Road from John Carver Road to Winthrop Avenue. 7 Following persons present: ,', Mr. Eric Sturges - Aganist. Voted to approve lines and grades as per the plan and profile dated January 191}.1. Hearing at 8:15 P. I . under the Board of Public Works on the acceptance as a public way of Puritan (Private) Road from John Carver Road to Winthrop Av^nue. Following porsons present: Mr. Eric Sturges - Against. Acceptance laid on table. Letter received from Finance Committee requesting chairman to attend a meeting in Room 19 at 7:00 P. M. on Friday 24, 19111. Mr. James Doucette to see Board in regard to sewer assessments96 against his property on Elm Street. Superintendent will investigate. Letter received from Board of Selectmen notifying Board that all tabular work included by Department in Town Report will be charged to Department. Voted to write Selectmen that Board objects to this arrangement. Voted abatement of $3.00 on January 1941 water. bill of Fred Farnum, 1$. Hillcrest Road. Met with subcommittee of Finance Committee to consider 1941 Budget. - Dr. Connelly, Chairman, Mr. Sturgis, Mr. Newell and Mr. Bancroft. Signed Board of Survey plan establishing lines and grades on Puritan (Private) Road from John. Carver Road to Winthrop Avenue. Signed Board of .Public Works plan showing relocation of location lines at the South Easterly corner of High and Green Streets. Board adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
