Messrs, Davis, Putnam, Lindsay, Williamson and Superintendent Welch were present. - - Records of previous meeting read and approved, Following Granolithic Sidewalk applications received, approved and placed on file, Harold Jones - 19 Belmont Street - Ralph Van Horn - 33 Belmobt Street Received petition.from abuttors to have Bond Street from end of present public way to Lowell St, accepted as a public way. Voted to hold hearing for acceptance as ptrblic way on Feb- ruary 10, 191}1. Hearing at 8:00 P. M. on proposed sewer extension in Woburn St, and Gilmore Ave, - - Following persons present: Mr, Charles Sweetser - In favor if no assessment is made - on frontage of traffic circle, Mr. John Jordan - Against Mrs. John Jordan - Against Mr. William Willson - In favor Mr. Earle Steele - By letter - In favor if no assessment Made on frontage of traffic circle. Board recessed at 8:30 P. M. to attend meeting of Special Drainage Committee. Board reconvened at 9:15 P. M. Motion made and passed that sewer frontage assessments for the extension of the sewer in Woburn St, and Gilmore Ave, be extablished 91 as follows: No, 2 Gilmore Ave, Total frontage - Both sides - 180,27 feet. Less 70 feet exemption 70,00 feet Tee Assessment @ .70� per ft, $77.19 No, 3 Gilmore Ave, Total frontage - Both sides - 190,28 feet Less 70 feet exemption - 470,00 feet Assessment @4 �I'20.2b e t .701 per ft. .�8 ,20 No. 7 Gilmore Ave. - Total frontage on straigght line - 116.63 feet Assessment @ .70¢ per ft.
