Reading, Mass., May 31, 1940.
The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works opened at
7:30 P. M.
Messrs. Davis, Putnam, Brophy, Lindsay, Williamson and Super-
intendent Welch were present.
Records of previous meeting read and approved.
Opened bids on approximately 1800 ft. of 12" C. I. Pipe.
Following bids received:
Wanen Pipe Company - $2.08 per ft.
United States Pipe & Foundry Cc. - 2.21
Voted to buy pipe from Warren Pipe Co.
Voted to hold meetings on alternate Monday nights beginning
' June 24 until further notice.
Following Granite Curb Applications received, approved and
placed on file.

Following Granolithic Sidewalk applications received, approved
and placed on file.

nights beginning June 13, 1940 until September 1940.
