Higgins and the Super- intendent. The plan of Forest St, made by the County commissioners was received and discussed. The establishment of a fift,:en foot building line on this street was proposed. The Building Commissioners informed the Board of a request for permit to build an addition to the factory owned by Mr. F. I. White on Lowell St. A letter was written Mr. White informing him of the plan of the Board for establishing a building line, and asking for his cooperation by keeping back of the line. The layout of work for the Highway Lepartment for the next few weeks was considered. It was voted to stone Chute St. up to Yt. Vernon St. , Bancroft Sve. , between woburn and Mt. Vernon Sts. , Mt. Vernon St. between Chute St. and Bancroft Ave. and King St. from Prospect St. to Summer Ave. , A hearing was held at eight o'clock on request for permission by the Municipal Light Board to erect one pole on Pleasant St. No protest was made and permission was granted. The New England Telephone & Telegraph moo. were granted permission to erect 7 poles on Woburn St. from Summer Ave. , to Berkely St. and 3 poles on West St, northeasterly. -1iespectfully submit , Secretary.
