Sept. 4th, 1925
Present; Mr. Owen, Mr. Carter, Mr. Kinsley and the Superintendent.
The following reports were turned in by the Superintendent;
1 The financial report.
2 The atoning of Woburn St, from High to Chute, putting in
the intersection at Chute St.
3 Mr. Barbour' s estimate on Cefalo's work done to date.
4 fir. Cefalo's proposal on King St. sewer.
5 Letter from :dr. Leavitt of the ?astern ;Saes. St. Ry. Co. ,
in relation to filling in between the car tracks on High St.
6 A letter from Mr. Hickey-Willow St. water service.
7 Estimated amount of curbing for Chute St. , Vine St, and
Co-op Bank property.
B Report on advisibility of buying a new tapping machine,
9 The bide received for the Forest St. ',later Main cast iron
pipe.
The Board decided the following on the above :
#2 O.K. to construct and begin on Tarsday.
#3 To pay next week
#'4 To accept
$6 Write idr. Hickey a letter bringinp to his attention that
that the distance is 300 feet instead of 200 as stated in his letter and
that it would bring his guarantee up that amount more.
#7 The Chairman O.K' d the Chute St. curbing and stated that
the church be given time to pay their proportion of the amount of cost.
Also the Vine St, curbing was O.K. ' d.
#B O.K. to buy tapning machine , same to be paid for this year.

Meeting adjourned 9:30 P.M.

P.S. The Superintendent also told the Board that Mr. Kendall, Phief
Engineer of the ,'Siddlesex County Commissioners, phoned and stated ,
that he would like to have a member of the Board meet with the County
Commissioners on Tuesday next between 9 and 12 o' clock, to settle
land damages due to the layout made by them on Forest St. W. Owen
stated that he would try to attend the meeting. H.B.C.
