Members present: John W. Owen, Joseph W. Booth, William
S. Kinsley, M. C, Higgins and the Superintendent.
The Board received two plans of Ynollivood Road which were
left by property owners on this road for approval as a public street.
r. The Board voted to construct a curb and tar side walk in
front of the Bank Building at the corner of Main and. Pleasant Street
provided the abutters make application for the same and agree to pay
one half the cost.
It was the vote of the Board that no charge be made to
Hr. Green on High Street for one half the cost of the curbing con-
structed in front of his property. The curb was put in to divert
storm water down High Street ard- for this reason no charge is being
made. Total cost 223 ft. ® $2.05 - $457.15.
Mr. Collins was instructed to obtain a form of notice to
be used in assessing betterments for sidewalk improvements.
The Board voted to recommend the establishment of a 20
ft. building line on both sides of Lowell Street from Reading Square
to the Town Line .
Permission was granted the Municipal Light Dept . to erect
18 poles on Pearl Street between Main & Franklin Street. At the
hearing held at 8 o'clock there were no protests presented.
