the Mass. Highway Commission, received. The specification as

Mr. Owen to communicate with the Highway Commissioners and have the
proposal changed so that the road would be constructe%a cath our inches
of crushed rocl=. in addition, the proposal was to include the
resetting of edge stones. Mr. Owen was further authorized to have
this corrected proposal advertised for bidders at once without bringing
the matter be''-ore the board.
Dana Feritins has requested that an article b:: lsepLsed for
%W the Town Warrant establishing a 15-20 ft. huilding ling on each side
of Lowell St. from the square to the Town Line. i10 action vias taken.
A permit was granted the Municipal Tipht Left. to erect 7
poles on Cross St. There were no objections yresented.
This Board acting as a board of Survey, approved the plan
and profile of Pearl St, from ,Y+akefield Ct, to i'orest St. and i;orest
St, from Main St. to pearl St, presented by the Cemetery Trustees.
