Thos. F. Wall, representing, rc. ISa.rgaret Landry of
8 Sumer Avenue, appeared in regard to an accident, sustained by
her November 19 on the vr-y running from Main to Kinot Street.
It was stated that the Tom ryas to be held liable. The way was
not posted at the tide of the. accident. The matter was referred
to the Tovm Counsel.
The completed plans by Bzbour arm' Dixon, made for the
purpose of layingout building lines, were received.
The evening was spent in ey_amining the plans and dis-
cussing the project.
