Members present: Geo. H. Clough, Joseph W. Booth,
John W. Owen, Frank Carter, Miles C. Higgins, and the Super-
intendent.
Petitions of Nein England Telephone & Telegraph Co.
and Town of Reading Municipal Light Dept. for the erection of
poles and laying and maintenance of coniuits as noted under
minutes of Meeting of March 21, granted.
Joint petition of Municipal Light Board and New Eng-
land Telephone & Telegraph Co. to relocate poles on county
road northwest from West St. granted without a hearing .
Mr. J. E. Frost, Chairman of the Reading Baseball
Club, asks for the right to collect admissions to baseball
games played by the Club on the Town Ball Field, the money col-
lected to be for the use of the Club.
At eight o'clock, bids for laying of sewer and drain-
age extensions were opened in public. Bidders with their costs
are scheduled on the following sheets. The lowest bids were
accepted as follows:
Sewer Construction - Angelo Susi $15,637.50
Drainage - Anthony Cefalo $12,920.00
