Members present; Joseph W. Booth, John W. Owen,
Clarence C. White and the Superintendent.
Discussion of work on highway and sewer extensions.
The Superintendent was instructed to continue the
ditching work and also to repair the west side of the Square
opposite Woburn Street and Woburn Street corner to Main.
Mr. Sabin of the Highway Department appeared be-
fore the Board regarding the removal of snow, the Depart-
ment's plan being to do the work and ask each town to pay
500 of the cost, the work in Reading to be on Main Street
'ar to the North Reading line and on Lowell Street to the Wil-
mington line. He also spoke to the Board regarding the
east approach to the Lowell Street bridge.
Mr. John B. Lewis appeared before the Board re-
garding the culvert which drains from Scotland Road onto
land owned by him. He also discussed proposed extension
of Oak Street. He was asked by the Board to furnish a new
plan of this development, to include the whole section be-
tween Summer Avenue and Minot Street.
