Members present : George H. Clough, Charles H.
VanStone, Joseph W. Booth, John W. Owen, Clarence C. White
and the Superintendent .
The Superintendent notified the Board that the
Reading Rubber Mfg. Company had opened the hydrant at their
factory and used a large amount of water without notifying
this Board. It was decided to notify the Company to have
an official meet this Board on Friday, June lbth, to explain
this matter.
The Superintendent was instructed to go over the
streets on line of parade for July 4th.
Permission was granted the Legion to maintain a
stand on the Common on the evening of Tuesday, June 12th.
Permission was not granted to sell hot doge, etc.
on Memorial Park during the Fourth of July Celebration.
On motion it was voted : To give A. Zanni & Com-
pang the contract for the Lowell Street sidewalk.
Voted: To adjourn.
