's VOTED: That in the matter of the taking of land for the constructing of sewers, the same being taken by an instrument duly executed by this Board on the 20th day of October, A.D. 1922, and . recorded in Liddlesex South District Registry of Deeds, damages be awarded to the following persons and in the amounts set opposite to their names : Lmma L. Chamberlain $1.00 Fred N. Smith $1.00 VOT": That in the matter of the taking of land for the construction of sewers, the same being taken by an instrument duly executed by this Board on the third day of November, A.D. 1922, and recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, damages be awarded to the following persons and in the amounts set opposite to their names : Fred F. Smith y;1.00 Nellie S. Kendall x1.00 i May 25 , 1923. Members present: George B. Clough, Charles A. VanStone, Joseph W. Booth, John W. Owen, Clarence C. White and the Superintendent. On motion it was voted: That in the matter of the taking of land for the constructing of sewers, the same being taken by an instrument duly executed by this Board on the 20th day of October, A. Smith 11.00 On motion it was voted: That in the matter of the taking of land for the construction of sewers, the same being taken by an instrument duly executed by this Board on the 3d day of November, A. D. 1922, and record- ed in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, damages be awarded to the following persons and in the amounts set opposite to their names: Fred F. Smith 1.00 Nellie S. Kendall 1.00 Discussion of highway work. The Superintendent was instructed to put in a granolithic drive through the right of way of E. L. Chamberlain. The Board decided that they could not give per- -2- May 25, 1923. mission for roof drains to empty into street surface drains. The Board decided to do all sidewalk repair work, but all other sidewalk work of a new nature the abutters are to pay one-half of the expenses. The Committee on the Fourth of July Celebration appeared before the Board and were granted permission to feed the visiting troops at Memorial Park. They were also given permission to have the bonfire and fireworks at Memorial Park, providing the Town Counsel finds that it does not conflict with the Deed of Gift.
