Members present: Charles H. VanStone, Frederick
W. Allen, John W. Owen, Clarence C. White and the Super-
intendent.
Mr. Daniel Canty appeared before the Board and
requested that water bills be sent to his tenants instead
of to himself. He was informed that the rules provide
that all water bills be sent to the owner of the property.
Ioir. Gorus of Orange Street reported that the
gutter in front of his house was filled up, so that the
surface water ran into his cellar. The Superintendent
was instructed to give the matter his attention and do
what he could to remedy it.
The petition of the Eastern Klass. St. Ry. Co.
and the Municipal Light Department was granted for joint
location of poles on the southerly side of Main Street
near Haven.
Mr. Hanscom appeared before the Board regard-
ing the condition of Hanscom Avenue. The Superintendent
was asked to look it over and see what could be done .
Discussion of overtime in Water Department.
Voted: To pay men on straight time basis.
Voted: To adjourn.
