November 11, 1921.
Members present: George H. Clough, Charles H.
VanStone, Frederick W. Allen, John W. Owen, Clarence C.
White and the Superintendent.
The application for relocation of pole for the
Eastern Mass. St. Ry. Co. by Melkonian Brothers referred
to the Superintendent of the Street Ry. Co. to furnish
plan and present to this Board in proper form.
Discussion of expenditures for the balance of
the year; also number of employees in the Highway Depart-
ment.
The Superintendent was instructed to build
about 450 feet of sidewalk on Scotland Road, provided
the weather conditions permit the Board to complete the
work now on hand, the abutters to pay one-half of the cost.
Mr. Allen reported that it would be necessary to
sell three bonds at $1,000 each for the Sewer Department.
It was voted to request the Town Treasurer, H. H.
Kinsley, to issue and sell $3,000 Sevier Bonds, leaving
$7,000 of the available bonds unissued.
Discussion of Road Machine, as reported by Mr.
VanStone.
Discussion of the flat charge of $35 for sewer
connections from main sewer to street line.
Voted: To adjourn.
