Menbers present; George H. Clough, Charles H.
4ar,Stone , John T!. Owen and the Superintendent.
The contract and specifications, written up by
Ilir. Barbour for the proposed sewer work, were read over and
3iscussed.
It was decided that they be turned over to Mr.
Morten to see that everything in then was 0. E. During the
evening Mr. Lorton came up and several things pertaining to
sewers were discussed. ,
t It was suggested to the Superintendent that during
�I the time he was doing Hill Crest Road, Prospect Street be
scarified and rolled.
Grades for sidewalks on Fremont Street, corner of
Berkeley Street , are ordered and the Chairman instructed the
Superintendent to give same.
The Superintendent was instructed to draw up a form
for the advertisement of bids for the proposed sewer work which
will be put in the local papers and two Boston papers, the same
to be turned over to Kr. Owen to 0. Y_.
I? was suggested that on certain streets where Tarvia
had been applied earlier in the Spring, that another coat be put
on to see how it would sterd through the Winter. The =ount of
