Davis, Putnam, Teer and Superintendent Welch were present. Records of previous meeting read and approved. Voted to abate $20.00 on January 1, 1946 water bill of Douald Squibb, 10 Plymouth Road. Voted to abate $10. 50 on January 1, 1946 water bill of Frances Seiler, 8 Woodward Avenue. Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on proposed acceptance as a public way of Cape Cod Avenue from Middlesex Avenue northerly 348. 5 feet. Following persons present: ' Mr. Joseph A. Cummings In favor Mr. Daniel Chamberlain In favor Mr. Francis Johnson In favor Mrs. Lida Johnson In favor Voted to recommend acceptance to Town. Signed report of laying out of Cape Cod Avenue, a copy of which is attached hereto and herewith becomes a part of these records .
